Return Policy – Smart Bikry

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Smart Bikry mobile app or website.

By placing an order with Smart Bikry, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item received is different from what was ordered

  • The product is received in a broken or unusable condition

You must raise the return request within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or altered products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products without tags or labels

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Perishable goods

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Open the Smart Bikry App

  2. Go to My Orders → Select Order → Return Request

  3. Provide the reason for return

  4. Upload clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

4. Pickup of Returned Items

  • Once your return is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed:

  • Within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • To the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card)

If paid via COD, refund will be issued to your bank account or wallet.

6. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may choose replacement if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Wrong item delivered

Replacement is subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order:

  • Before it is shipped → Full refund

  • After shipment → Return must be initiated after delivery

8. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect → Free return

  • If return is due to change of mind → Return shipping charges may apply
