This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Smart Bikry through our mobile app or website.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/email once your order is processed.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on:

    • Order value

    • Delivery location

    • Product weight and size

Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer Free Shipping on select orders or during promotional periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

You can track your order directly within the Smart Bikry app or via the courier website.

5. Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Recipient not available

The courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Smart Bikry is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier issues

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact our support team for assistance.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product.

  • We will investigate and arrange replacement or refund as applicable.
